After a series of exhibitions that project psychic content on a cycle of departure and reutn, Riel Hilario this time attempts to “remember” in Carte Blanche. This exhibition of new sculptures and drawings refer to an experience from coming out of extreme loss, but through an opportunity to start over without prejudice. The mythological images refer to how body memory retains while rebuilding from nothing.
